Leading up to my appointment everything seemed typical, but after arriving on the day of my appointment and being escorted into the room, everything changed. Bryanna was remarkable in her explanation of what was going to take place during the procedure and in answering all my questions. All while being warm, caring and professional. So caring, explains everything, never feel rushed. Calls you in the evening to see if you are doing ok. Amy concerns are addressed immediately.
Friendly staff, excellent facilities, great service.
A very professional office, well appointed, friendly and knowledgeable staff, snacks and drinks, accommodations for our devices. All made for a comfortable experience. Before, during and after care was excellent as well as their follow-through.
Again, all interactions were professional, caring, and supportive. I cannot stress enough the high level of quality that is exhibited daily by both staff and Dr. Huether. Highest recommendation for this organization.
Wow!!! From the moment I met with Dr Huether and his team I felt comfortable (even in an uncomfortable situation). Professionalism combined with kindness ~ from every staff member.
Everything from start to finish was an amazing experience considering the nature of the visit (skin cancer removal). The office and vibe, the expertly trained staff and Dr. Huether were top notch. Dr HUETHER explained the procedure and encouraged me to ask any questions. He was very calming and patient. The staff did the same with their part. They made me feel confident during a stressful time. The office staff was also very pleasant and efficient. The procedures the doctor and office have in place makes everything go very smoothly—Just what somebody having surgery wants.
