The receptionist on the phone was very rude. I can’t such much about the actual service but just from the customer service I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to Smiles by Hart. The other good reviews are for Dr. Cushman but he ended up retiring.
Dr. Cushman is reassuring, patient, and professional. He did my tooth very well and was able to get me out of the Smile Studio in an hour.
Dr.Cushman is truly exceptional! His expertise, gentle demeanor, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.
I came to Dr. Cushman when I was a student in Pittsburgh years ago. My overall experience had been always positive and wonderful because of the service and attitude there. BUT… in December 2021, 4 years after my root canal (done by Dr. Cushman in November 2017 and back then it was great that my pain completely went away), the same teeth had a bad infection and I was put on opioid (tylenol #3) for the pain relief. Great dentist. Dr. Cushman makes you feel welcomed and comfortable with his attentiveness. Long waitlist and sometimes a wait in waiting area but well worth it. He rebuilt a tooth for my husband and it looked perfect, we could barely tell it wasn't the original. I highly recommend.
