Terrible front office staff!!! I was 10 minutes late for my appt. because there was no parking and i had to walk in the office with a crutch which is time consuming in its own. The girl that helped me acted like it was a chore to wait on me with her snide attitude. After she took my ID and Insurance information, she proceeded to tell me i was late and i have to reschedule my appt. I said you're kidding me, and she said No. So clearly i walked out of there never to return again. Have a little sympathy for people who can't use... read more

There are too many mistakes that Dr. Crovetti's staff made. The first mistake: After visiting his Henderson (South) office, his clerk made an appointment at Quest in North Las Vegas. When I called back to correct the location from North to South, his clerk told me, "We made the Quest appointment for you as a FAVOR." Oops! No more favors, please

Dr. Crovetti and his staff are irresponsible. They treat their patients without respect and consideration. Rather than recognize patients as his source of income, he doesn't care if his staff purposely and willingly withhold vital information the patients need in fulfilling the tasks needed for their healthcare.

I showed up at Dr. Corvetti's surgery center in Summerlin today for my surgery. I was told by Elizabeth, front office clerk, that my surgery was canceled. No notice given to me. Now, is he paying me back for my medications which he ordered for me? If I were you, I would not go to Dr. Corvetti but to another orthopedic doctor. He and his staff are irresponsible.
