Called the office and left a message a few days ago, but never got a call back. Talked to two different people and was put on hold, waited about 7 minutes each time and then was hung up. Terrible!
So far so good. Very, very impressed with Dr Crovetti and entire team. I am scheduled for a total knee replacement on 3/12/25. I will be getting an Iovera procedure 2 days prior, on 3/10/25, which was recommended and is supposed to help with pain and make recovery faster and less painful. I will post updates as I go through the surgery and recovery process. Definitely looking to maintain the 5 Star review!
I had an appointment with Dr. Greenbaum a couple weeks ago for a blown knee. This Doctor is Outstanding!! He took Time with me and left no questions unanswered. Surgery is in my future, but he refrained from that right at the moment and gave me peace of mind. The office staff is exceptional and I will use this medical office.
