The staff was not fully capable of working the testing equipment and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had to repeat each test, one of them three times. There is no way that the test results could be relied upon. Staff should not be trained on your customers but maybe should learn through practice with other staff.
This place was great. Jeff let us come in while they were closing up shop and helped us graciously and efficiently.
