Outstanding knowledge and professionalism and a caring, friendly team
I’ve been going to see Dr Bermel in his Fairfax office for over 20 years and have always had fantastic experiences. He cares greatly about his patients’ well being and offers a range of basic and advanced care options. His staff is very helpful and friendly. This is one of the few independent optometrist offices remaining in the region - you’ll benefit from the care and attention to detail of a locally owned and operated optometrist practice vs a corporate optometry cookie cutter rush them in and out approach.
The stars is only given because Google requires that but this is the worst doctors office I’ve ever had to deal with I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . The leesburg and Gainesville office are both the worst . Cassie told me that she had order my son glasses I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks only to find out today that it was never done . How careless is that when we all know how important vision is to all of us especially a child in school! I am so upset and I will never return to that office I would rather stick to American’s bes... read more
