High-End Prices, Low-End Product I really wanted to like this place. In fact, the ladies working there were genuinely a joy to deal with. Friendly, personable, and the kind of people who make spending a ridiculous amount of money on glasses almost enjoyable. Almost. I spent over $1,300 after insurance and walked out expecting the best glasses I’d ever owned. Instead, somehow the “upgraded” features I paid for gave me blurry vision on the sides and up close. I felt like my visit was thorough. She questioned things from two years ago and followed up with that and she called the same evening to give me the results. You sure can’t beat that!
The staff and Dr Carlos are absolutely fantastic! I have received top notch care and custom service every time I have gone for my appointments and follow-up visits. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an amazing eye care experience
