The staff( from the receptionist to the doctor) were friendly, helpful and knowing! I have recommended the practice to my best friend and her family!
Everyone was very helpful, especially on a busy Saturday morning. They also answered all my questions and even helped me get my records from previous years.
Tldr is that I had to return the new glasses 3 times due to extreme nausea from incorrectly adjusted lenses and my concerns were only taken seriously upon my requesting my money back. I have never experienced such condescension or dismissiveness from a medical provider before. Full details below: My first appointment was in April.
