First time in a optic place, we're they really take the time to explain. The gentleman who helped me out was very helpful.
Every person working at the dental office was proficient at his job. They completed their designated jobs with knowledge and professionalism-and a smile. Dr. Carlos took time to explain what my X-rays showed, and some ideas about what I could do better with glasses. I enjoy going there!!
Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you for helping me find two new pairs of glasses and for helping me understand the details of my eye health. I have never been to an optometrist with such a lively and helpful atmosphere. I’d recommend to anyone.
The price given to me for a progressive was insanely high. Now, the funny part is that they say they don’t cancel my order! Thank goodness I only ordered for a pair of lenses! I ordered a progressive pair of glasses at Costco with a new frame ten times less than the price in their office! Also, I signed that I do nit wish to do the extra tests, but she did it at the end and when I asked they said the doctor recommended.
When I arrived I had to wait until about 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to be seen.. The woman who did my initial check and the doctor were both very nice and professional. What I was not a fan of was the overly passive-aggressive attitude of the sales staff, the lady in particular. I get that you need to make a sale but maybe take the hint that I want you to leave me alone when I'm actively walking away from you.
