Arrogant, rude & impersonal. Part of a large, McDentist office. Bureaucratic factory environment. I have waited up to 40 min. before being called, while up to 10 staff in smocks wandered around the reception & chatted. My child had xrays over a year ago, & they noted watch spots. They were supposed to take xrays 6 mos later. My child went, but was upset by the experience, so they didn't take xrays.
