I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this provider. After receiving MRI results indicating a lesion or tumor on my cervical spine, I made multiple attempts to contact the office, including Dr. Hanes, to discuss next steps. Despite the seriousness of these findings, it took three separate calls over multiple days before I received any response, and even then, I was simply told to schedule an appointment. Today I was given a Kyphoplasty by Dr Hanes. I will make this short because I love this place. I was treated with such kindness and I was listened to. The concern for my terrible pain was addressed right away. I will forever find a way to St Augustine if I need help. Thank you all for your genuine care.
