Dr. McGhee is genuine. He listens. He is a straight shooter. No BS. His staff is equally impressive. I have benefitted greatly from my appointments with him. He also accepts Medicare. The people there treat me with respect. I wish I had found him sooner. He is a Truth Teller in my opinion. A very rare type of doctor. Plus, he tempers the truth with kindness and mercy. He will always have my gratitude for his kindness shown to me.
Dr McGhee is very professional and caring. He takes the time to listen to his patients and does not rush them through.
Dr McGhee is the only effective psychiatric help I could find in Clarksville. The low ratings you see here are due to him not being the type of Dr who allows his patients to take control and tell him what drugs they want. He’s straight forward and believes in making you hold yourself accountable. I’d suggest him to anyone and everyone, but don’t go to him if you expect to be coddled and babied.
Mcgee is the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Someone who is completely incompetent being allowed to practice medicine is frightening.

Psychiatrist are in short supply in Clarksville but please exhaust all options before considering Dr. McGhee. He’s the most unprofessional Dr. I’ve every visited and lacks all compassion. I was fortunate in that a Dr. in Atlanta had given me a prescription that works for me but after one visit he asked if I needed anything else and I described an issue I was having and his response was “what do you want me to do about that”.
