This place said my wife's insurance was in network. We paid our $50 Co pay 3 time's! Now they say we owe $299.00!!! It was our fault!!! They took our money and saying they were in our network!!! They told us her second cortisone shot wasn't covered and told us it would be a flat $65.00 now she gets a bill for another 17.00 for the medicine. Now they say it's our fault!!! Dr Katz was great but the thing that has me mad is I asked them if they take my insurance and they said yes. Now I get a bill from them for $299.00. Why do these dr.s say they take your insurance then after you have treatment you find out they are not in network . I went back in 30 days for my follow up visit as I was still having pain in my left foot. They had to get pre approval from the insurance company for the cortisone shot which was declined.
