They like their patients to do their work for them, always pushing the kiosk thing that asks the same info they already have. I just need to check in and do what I have to do, not redo all the info that they already have. Drs are great, office policy sucks, will get released from Dr Song and not deal with them again to much stress. Hate those kiosk things.

I had my knee done by Dr. Vannozi and he replaced my right knee. He did a good job but has a terrible bedside manner. When I told him was nervous about operation, he said maybe I should not do. Morning of operation did not greet my sister and I and just marked my leg and left. Operation painful after and never saw him again after. Just followup for bandage off by practitioner and had a Xray. Never went back for followup in September because of his attitude. Doing well in physical therapy where my questions answered. I would never recommend Dr.Vannozzi to anybody. My husband was referred to him for hip replacement surgery. At the initial appointment we filled a lot of paperwork. After speaking to him, he scheduled my husband’s surgery for 8/21. We got all the equipment they told us to get for after surgery, went through lengthy pre-admission testing at the hospital, came to pre-op visit where we were waiting for an hour to be seen by Dr. They took my husband for additional x-rays.
