I cannot understand how anyone cannot be satisfied with Doctor Hills' treatment. I was referred by the VA for treatment of spinal stenosis. I was in extreme pain, couldn't hardly walk or stand up. He performed surgery on my lower back and upper spine, cervical area, and now I am in excellent shape. No pain at all and can perform any movement that I want to. If I wasn't age 68, I feel like age 19. He is my hero. I never had any problem with his staff, either.

It took over a month for his office to respond to my referral and then after all that time said there was nothing he could do for me so I found another doctor willing to treat me.

My sister has been in horrible pain for a very long time. She had her insurance information and phone number for verification but they wouldn't take it - they wanted her card. When the card was produced - they already cancelled her appointment and refused to work her back in for the day. Office staff - very rude and obvious has no concern for the patients. Patients in waiting room said the doctor's attitude was not any better.
