Office staff is friendly and fast. We have walked in and I thought we would be there forever and we are in and out. The receptionist always picks up the phone and you alwayss here back from the doctor in a timely manner. We have been with his office for 12 years and have not had one issue
Dr Beardsley is really nice. But the staff are rude and dismissive. They made my wife cry. They kicked her and my newborn daughter out after they heard my daughter had covid. When my wife called two days prior and she was told to still keep the appointment. I said my son had a cough and needed fo be seen and they said to go to the Emergency Room. That is always the answer when we call. What's the point of having a doctor if we have to go to the emergency room all the time for everything
He was great when he was @Carroll children's center.
