The front desk staff lady was extremely rude. From the moment the call was answered, the representative sounded irritated and unprofessional. The communication only got worse as the conversation continued. I even had my phone on speaker so someone else could hear how poorly the situation was handled. Based on this experience, I won’t be spending my time or money here.

First appointment today and very pleased with the service. For a general cleaning, you get an MRI - where Dr. Salerno brings up a 3D model of your bone & teeth structure. He further proceeds to explain your status and what needs to be done, awesome. It’s informative, professional, and you even get handed a remote to watch Netflix while they work.
This office is so professional! I loved my visit here and normally get super anxious about going to the dentist. Front desk staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Salerno was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even made me a custom mouthpiece for my TMJ. Highly recommend this practice. Exceptional customer service.
