Excellent! I had a bad experience at Alton Dentist. I was afraid my mouth would never be right again. Dr. Thum fixed it! He is the best!
I had a great Initial visit for an exam, bite-wing x-rays and a cleaning. The Hygentist was kind, professional and thorough. She listened to my concerns and recent undiagnosed Gum Recession experience at a different dental office. Listening AND caring. Yes, ... priceless. Dr. Thum was friendly and down-to-earth. Very comfortable, confident and knowledgeable. Once again, what a great visit. Very welcoming, professional, easy to talk to and ask questions and informational. They never miss hidden issues because they are so thorough !
