Never came to my room at Providence hospital to discuss procedure just did the surgery and really not that good of job. Was told the stitches were dissolvable type, but the one stitch holding the drain tube in was fishing line ! Called to get an appointment to have it removed and no return call or appointment ! This group like Pulmonary associates need some real changes. Grab the Medicare and run. No communication from either !

I’m sure the doctor is spectacular, but it’s harms to even get an appoint when Chrystal the receptionist is rude. Hope your day gets better .
