His obtuse office staff do not know how to fill in the paperwork for an accommodation that should have been covered - Does it effect a major life function YES, and that would be WALKING. Four weeks I've been unable to work, because they took over a week to send in the original paperwork. Then HR was not pleased with how the paperwork was filled out, so it had to be filled in again.
