I've requested two new patient appointments in the last 2 weeks and both were canceled ("could not be accommodated"). I filled out the questionnaire within 24 hours and explained I'm just looking for refills on meds I've been on for years. Nothing but rejection without an explanation and shoddy customer service. Don't even bother wasting your time trying to schedule with this place.
I cannot say how much this doctor has done for me. Caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very understanding.
