Been seeing Dr. Wilcox for years under a workers comp claim. Apparently, they quit paying his claims years ago but his office could never tell me why. I just saw him last week and today was told that they will not send in one of my scripts (others they did send in) until I pay the outstanding worker's comp balance. Take a psyche patient and treat them this way. It's just wrong, very wrong!
Good listener, always helpful, I find him very personable and very understanding.
Incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. perfect fit for me. Especially now with COVID, he can be quite hard to reach. If this is an issue take that into consideration. He is a busy man with a packed schedule, which of course isn't his fault! :)
Dr. W is an exceptional doctor. He is very understanding and patient with my disorders. I wouldn't trade him for the World!!

I've been a client of Dr Wilcox for over 14 years. Having seen over 16 Psychiatrist in 30 years he is without doubt the best I've ever seen! I have referred 4 close friends & family whom All feel the same as I do. Dr. Wilcox is extremely intelligent, thorough, knowledgeable, & truly compassionate. We love Dr Wilcox!
Dr, Wilcox is the best of the best hands down. Very personable, comfortable to talk to with no pressure on you and he really listens to what you are trying to explain to him (most doctor just act like their listening, you know what I am talking about). Dr Wilcox is very knowledgeable and easy going; like sitting in a cafe and having a relaxing conversation.
I had seen Dr Wilcox for a couple of years. In January I need to refill my medication (Viibryd) that costs $15 a month with the card. When I went to refill the medication the pharmacy said I had to meet my insurance deductible before I could get the medication for the $15. I couldn't afford the deductible. I stopped by his office left a message with the receptionist I needed the Dr to call in a different medication. Not done.
