left this appointment feeling very frustrated. The doctor used a lot of complicated medical language and did not explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I met with Dr. Osborne yesterday & couldn’t have asked for a more caring & thorough doctor. He wasn’t making me feel like he was impatient explaining what he felt would help my pain.
