I’ve been bringing my babies to him since they were born and had an ageeement worked out with him where we space out my boy’s immunizations so they don’t get four at a time because I believe that is just too much at a time for any child. I felt compelled to write this review based on someone else's review who also had a miserable experience with Dr. Marsh's Office Manager, Sandra. I brought my children in for a visit and was abruptly greeted by Sandra questioning me about our insurance. We are in a transition right now and our using the COBRA extension from our previous insurance and I was trying to explain this to her. For the past ten years we brought all three of our kids and one grandkid to Dr. Marsh. We had an integrity issue with the staff today, so I went up there to speak with him in his capacity of business owner and long time customer. He refused to see me, according to his staff. We never had an issue with his medical treatment, bedside manner, or previous dealings. So, to be outright snubbed after what I thought was a long term “family doctor” relation was a shock; and an insult. Maybe he’ll call and ask what happened…
Never had a bad experience with Dr Marsh in 8 1/2 years. All 5 of my children go to him and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
Dr Marsh made a critical mistake prescribing my son 3 weeks old at the time medication for older children sending him to cooks for a week. His staff is terrible!!!! Rude, disrespectful. If you go in there with split parents they are guaranteed to pick a side and be just terrible to the other parent. I've heard this from other people as well. If you are going to be a doctor who is the worst in town I highly suggest having a friendly staff not a clique of rude and judgmental women whom still believe they are in high school. Ex... read more
He would rather not treat children that have underlying issues going on. For example, my child has neurological problems, and Marsh's answer when he was sick was to "check with the neurologist." He is also not a fan of children who are on the medicaid programs or CHIPS programs. I witnessed his snotty office staff talk down to a mother because her children were on one of these programs, and he decided that money was more important, and stopped seeing any children that were on these programs. Great clinic and staff. Professional and very friendly. Great for cash pay with reasonable rates. Dr. Marsh provides care to all of his patients, not PA's or NP's. Difficult to find this quality of service anymore.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. This physician cares nothing about the children that he sees, their parents, their time. His office staff, namely the office manager is rude and unprofessional. Please take your children elsewhere.
Dr.Marsh,and his staff are the best!! He is a real doctor,who truely loves what he does. He is a god loveing man, and it shows in the wonders he does everyday. Thanks to all at his office for all the great things yall do everyday!!!!
