if i could give 0 stars, i would.
I started going to Dr. Brown due to anxiety and other major issues that happened in my life in a short period of time. I don't think he cares about people and just wants to talk to you for 5-10 minutes and give you a pill. He actually told me "I was screwed" when we were discussing things going on in my life. No legitimate doctor should "Ever" tell that to a patient. Especially not a doctor in the mental field. I think it's time for him to retire before he causes severe harm to a patient. :-(
My recent experience with his provider, Kansas City Psychiatric Group, has been problematic and escalated into a major frustration. I am no longer his patient and am still searching for a new doctor. However, my experiece with doctor Dr. David Brown, MD was benificial with no issues. I have seen him for over 7, maybe 8+ years now. This started when they began charging $75 (not covered by insurance) for prescription refills due to appointments they rescheduled, not me. Over the past several years I have had several frustrating experiences with Dr Brown and his personnel. I do not recommend going to him.
