Dr Bates is absolutely amazing. Now I see why everyone has nothing but good things to say about him. He did a revision and full knee replacement for my wife. His pre surgery, in surgery and post surgical care and attentiveness is second to none. My wife and I constantly refer people who need knee and hip surgeries to Dr Bates. Dr. Bates is exceptional. I’ve had over 30 surgeries in my life but my experience with my Total Knee Replacement has been amazing. He, himself, the Doctor….called me on the afternoon after my surgery AND he called me on a random day when I sent a message via MyChart! His bedside manner is unmatched!
