Very courteous and professional.
Dr. Barnett and staff were extremely responsive and efficient with my time. They got me in to my appointment early and in and out of the doctor's office super fast. The stereotypical doctor visit involves sitting in a waiting room for a half hour or more. In this case, I sat there for 2 minutes before being called back, got in for an x-ray in another 2 minutes and saw Dr. Barnett in another 2 minutes. All told, it was a 20 minute visit with x-ray and results. Well done!
Dr Barnett seems very knowledgeable. However that is a blessing and a curse. He seemed to not really LISTEN to what I was saying. But rather TELL ME what he thought I was saying. I respect that he doesn't think he could help me, but I don't feel that he showed compassion or a desire to help me. He just told me to go back to my PCP. Which I've already done otherwise I would never have made it to him! I didn't feel like treating my issue was the main concern. I felt like I was wasting his time.
My no answer to was I advised how to get my test results - no one specifically told me but I use MyChart all the time. It wasn't necessary for me to be told in this case.
The staff and nurses are all really nice and helpful. Dr Barnett is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain procedures in detail.
Fantastic experience. Everyone was very kind and answered all my questions. I had prompt service and absolutely happy with Dr. Barnett. He explained my foot situation and options clearly. Thank you!

In and out quickly
I'm definitely not a fan of the parking lot and this location. I'm dreading after surgery how hard it's going to be to get in the building.
