I have had two surgeries done by Dr. Korcek. The second of which was caused by my own stupidity, he handled it very professionally to which i am greatful. I would recommend anyone who is going to need surgery to ask for him. He is very intelligent and is sympathetic to patient needs. Thank you Dr. Korcek. James D. F.
DR KELLY HOLTKAMP WAS BY FAR THE RUDEST, MEANEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. I TRIED TO ASK QUESTIONS SHE SPOKE OVER ME. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY PAIN SHE DISMISSED ME. HORRIFIC.
Dr. Alexander and his staff only seem interested in being arrogant and condescending with no regard to patient issues.
I had a cervical disctectomy by Dr. Alexander years ago and my neck is still good. He was very thorough with what to expect..how long healing would be ect... I No negative issues . Awesome surgeon!!!
Dr. Alexander is a great surgeon but that's the only thing good I have to say about the man. He is extremely rude and chauvinistic. He expects you to know everything he's saying. And if you actually ask a question he talks to you like your ignorant or he is just right out mean to you. His nurse is just as miserable as he is. The way she talks to you on the phone is so highly unprofessional. I guess id be unhappy too if I knew I had to go work with him everyday. Amazing physician. He is the best and truly cares.
Dr Holtkamp and the staff at Ortho Illinois are the best. She explained the procedure that would be done to repair my broken finger in easy to understand terms. She even drew me a picture showing the knuckle and what she would do during the surgery. the follow up care was excellent as well. I would certainly recommend Dr Holtkamp to anyone.
Very thorough in evaluating my condition before surgery. I had four knuckles replaced. Before surgery I had to straighten my fingers manually. Surgery restored 95 % my lost mobility in my right hand.
I was in terrible pain when I first saw him at Rockford Memorial Hospital. I was high risk and after running 2 days of test on me he performed surgery, put 3 metal plates in my arm and freed up a trapped new. I felt wonderful coming out of surgery. When I first went to him I had nerve damage in my arm and hand and after surgery and 10 months of physical therapy I am back to playing the piano. I would recommend him and his PA Joe to anyone. They are knowledgable, kind and compassionate. I can not thank them enough.
