Staff is rude and not understanding at all. Called to cancel my appointment 23 hours before my appointment due to my father moving to a hospice facility. She said I had to get s note from the hospital saying I was there with my dad at the time of my appointment in order not to have to pay the $45 cancellation fee. When I asked the hospital to write me a lette for Dr. Rockwell that asked me If I was serious.

Dr. Rockwell is very intelligent and very competent. I feel very comfortable with him and he is an excellent doctor. His office staff, however, is horrible. Completely incompetent. I have consistently had problems with them. They are rude, unorganized and unprofessional.

I think Dr Rockwell is great. He is very knowledgeable and corrected my medications to find the perfect meds for my condition.

I LOVE Dr. Rockwell! They take Tricare! He is great at gathering necessary information, and offering very well thought out options for treatment. Not a drug or pill pusher, which I prefer, and I just enjoy seeing him and talking with him. He really cares and has the most awesome unique personality <3

I like Dr. Rockwell and was a patient for nearly two years. The problem is with the office staff. They are not competent. If you have the option of receiving your care elsewhere, I strongly suggest you do so. I would never recommend Northlight Counseling Associates to anyone!

Dr. Rockwell is weird, and not really helpful at all. I only went once and vowed to never go back. His office staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. I stood at the receptionist window for 10 minutes waiting to pay my copay, because she was TAKING A PERSONAL PHONE CALL AND EATING!!! They have billed me for appointments I never made. Never ever every going back.
