Only use Dr Brown if you want really bad patient service. Long hold times and nurses who list the wrong call back numbers not once but twice on two different procedures. No excuse for this level of incompetentce. Made me think I need another doctor for my pain management. This doesn't not make me feel that the practice in being managed well, which makes me doubt how they will handle my healthcare. Not at all representative of the uCHealth system or other doctors in this area.
I waited 3 weeks in banner health system that doesn't even do epidural injections to finally get a referral to Doc Brown in UCHealth. Waited 2 weeks. 15 minutes later doing totally fine at a fair price. I've done this 3 times now and after enduring the bogus banner health and referral system i am happy to be a Brown patient. I couldn't stand for 2 minutes with siatica pain. My first 2 procedures were done in LA area only took 4 days to get an appointment but it cost 4 times as much even 6 years apart. He is wonderful and I'd me in a real mess if not for treatment from him. Years ago first visit when I needed hip replacment then couple of years ago for spin issues now pain free in that area. New round last month and once again amazing results.
One year ago today Dr. Michael Brown changed my life. Before I met him I was debt free and had a job. I went to see him for a steroid injection in my neck and left with a spinal cord puncture that has left me recovering physically and financially for a year now. (Because of course you have to pay out of pocket when a doctor makes an "oops.") He attempted two procedures to stop the leak but admittedly didn't know what he was doing.
