I broke off part of my tooth late on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to fit me in with an appointment the very next day.
always good and quick
The doctor was cool, as always. Didn't pressure me to get unnecessary treatments. Communicated with me on a good health plan. The dental hygienist was very methodical and I felt like she took the time to do a great job.
My visit was excellent. Dr. Balikyan, Myrna and the staff are kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I'll be back next week : )
Excellent, highly professional staff
Only downside to this appointment was that the cleaning was fairly rough.
I was treated very well. All the staff have been so kind and considerate. However, I was very confused over why even though I have a history of healthy teeth and gums, I was pressured into a getting a deep cleaning. When I did research on this type of cleaning, I found it is also known as root planing, which is for treating gum disease. Its possible I have gum disease and that it wasn't made clear to me, but the dentist kept telling me how nice and healthy my teeth were during the procedure. (Maybe just being polite?). It is always great seeing Dr. Michael and his staff; they are attentive, friendly and always efficient. Our visits (cleaning or dental procedures) have always been pain-free. I love the text message reminders and emails.
