The staff says they treat you like family. I went in for oral sedation, took 5 pills and it didn't work. They never left me alone long enough to go to sleep. I complained about being uncomfortable and they told me to not talk, they wouldn't listen, or do anything about it. I was uncomfortable for 4 hours. I asked why the sedation didn't work, they said it was all in my head! My crowns have caused me problems ever since.
