All staff members I encountered were welcoming and pleasant.
Always an awesome experience never a problem, and like the test message reminders. we have taken all our kids to Dr. Worman and now Worman and Worman for over 15 years. I try to recommend to people I know but their kids are already patients!!!!
My 2 year old daughter recently had her second visit and both visits were very pleasant. The staff not only made my daughter feel comfortable but me as well. I was well informed and advised on my daughter's dental care.
My son had a great first dental appointment. The staff were friendly, the decor was fun and the trains to play on were great. The only suggestion I have is for the toys in the waiting room. There was a ball track toy, but no balls. The caterpillar didn't make noise. My boys are preschool age, so having working toys for younger kids would be good. But, overall your office went above and beyond. I'm very pleased.
When I booked the appointment I was not told that it would be with a different dentist. I have in the past expressed my preference to have my children treated each visit by the same dentist. I hope that there is a way to note this on our profile so that this type of mix up does not happen in the future.
Dr. Sandy is Awesome!! What a blessing to have found such a great Pediatric Dentist. I have worked in the dental field for over 14 yrs and she has one of the best chairside manners I have experienced in any Dentist. Her filling was both esthetically and anatomically placed, which is difficult enough to perform, let alone on a 4 yr old child! The Office itself is beautifully laid out and appointed with a perfect setup for Children as well, giving them plenty to do while they wait. Thank You Dr. Sandy :-)
would really like to have the pacman and galaga game repaired. :-)
