The staff is very friendly and great with kids. My issue is the cost and up-sale of everything. They wanted to do x-rays of both my kids' teeth for the second time this year even though they knew insurance wouldn't pay for it. The expander my daughter needed is a whole other story. Other offices don't charge near as much. The front office staff wanted me to reach out to my insurance to get the pricing information and when I told them the insurance needed a pre-approval letter from them the staff acted very put out and annoye... read more

Very great experience. Took my 8 year old here as a new patient and they were very welcoming and kind. Provided excellent service. Would highly recommend.

We had a great first appt fort my 2 year old son. They did an awesome job interacting with him and making him feel comfortable and not scared. I also had my two year old niece with me and they had a play room in the back for her to play while my son was with the dentist. He had some cavities and the dentist explained all the different options to me, answered all my questions and made it completely up to me, not making me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to. Overall, we had a great experience, no complaints at all.
