I arrive to emergency room at 1:55 for ear blockage. I really didn't appreciate being move from room to room when the emergency room wasn't full. I'm trying to figure out what was the purpose. I rate 3 because restoring my hearing was my main concern. I received a flushing to my right ear only which I felt both needed attention. Dr Michael Washington was not focusing he kept jumping back and forth when he saw me nearly jammed instrument down my causing more irritation.
