The woman at the front desk, Delilah, made the entire experience impossible, and unenjoyable, so I cancelled. She was unprofessional, borderline nasty, and didn’t want to assist me at all with getting my chest X-ray from downstairs for my appointment that day. Best pulmonologist hands down. My family has been going to him for 20 years. Wonderful bedside manner and insightful. He thinks outside of the box. I absolutely love him!
