Every time I try to call this medical office to schedule an appointment for my elderly sister, it turns into a challenge. The phone just rings endlessly, and no one ever answers. Small medical offices like this really need to offer alternative ways to communicate—such as an online portal for scheduling appointments—and have more staff available to handle calls. Dr Lobianco is the best family doctor, I’ve been going to see him for 28 years, he will listen to you and give you the best treatment, if you need a great caring family doctor Dr Lobianco is the man.

This is the worst staff I have ever spoken too representing a doctors office. The phone just rang and rang for 5+ minutes, I was spoken over, put on hold with no answer or explanation, and the woman was very cold, cut & dry, and most of all RUDE. They took weeks to mail out orders for bloowork, didn't call back for 11 days after expressing concerns, needs, and being in pain.
