I went to Dr Firetag today for back pain in my lower back. He was thorough in his exam. He explained things well to me. He took the time to give me detailed advice on what type of exercises would help me in the gym. I have a friend who had very successful surgery from this doctor as well. I give him five stars!
I have had 3 visits to Dr. Feiertag discussing lower back pain, and I can say without reservation he spends a great deal of time with me at each visi,t reviewing the symptoms, answering my questions, discussing the alternatives in great detail, and formulating a plan (I have one now). He is very careful to be assured that I understand him and all of the issues before the end of the consultation. He is a rare commodity in the new world of hurry up medicine. I strongly recommend him.
I have to say that I had made an appointment with Dr. Feiertag however, after reading these comments I started to have second thoughts and was actually going to cancel my appointment. I was a little leary but still went. He was with me for almost 30 minutes and listened to my concerns and did an exam. He showed me my MRI and explained things to me in a professional manner in a way that I would understand. If I ever needed an orthopedic surgeon, I would absolutely go back to him. Thank You!!!
The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. He spoke down to me, contradicted me and was extremely rude. Left in tears. I am writing this review in hopes of steering anyone clear of this doctor!
