This office continues to get it wrong. Bills don't align with what is in the claims, but calling gives you the runaround. Plus, all of their insurance claims are submitted using the wrong name, "MICAHEL A DECK MDPA" (Michael spelled incorrectly), neither of which gives me much confidence in their staff/offices.
Received a collections notice for a bill that we never received, for a test that was denied by my insurance. This lab has no idea what they are doing. And of course, we didn't choose to work with them. They partner with our doctor.
