I had a totally different experience with Dr. Michael Ashburn and the staff at Penn Radnor. I was awake all night, full of anxiety, crying and literally making myself sick thinking about needles in my neck and back. Scheduling is a nightmare. For my first procedure I wasn’t even on the schedule so waited 3 hours to be seen. For the next one I waited 2 weeks to even hear from scheduling. It’s been 3 weeks since I got the go ahead for the third procedure and still nothing from scheduling despite emails and phone calls. Dr Ashburn doesn’t seem to care about these delays and poor administration nor does Penn Medicine. Would recommend going elsewhere and regret going to this practice.
He did an awesome job in replacing the hardware in my ankle and fibula. In my book he is top notch!
