Front desk staff extremely helpful and cordial. Back office assistant also very helpful. Dr. Worrell couldn’t have been nicer and communicated very clearly.
After being basically brushed off at another facility regarding my inflamed, swollen knee, i went to the ER at SMC in Frisco The entire staff promptly and thoroughly went to work testing, to get to the bottom of my unbearable painful condition. Dr Worrell was assigned to my case. After initial results he was ready to stay overnight to do emergecy surgery on the infected knee that had begun to spread up and down my leg. After crashing my motorcycle I wasn’t really feeling like getting poked and twisted by another set of doctors. The E. R. was enough for me. From Dan Thompson (medical assistant) to Dr. Worrell, to the guy that molded my cast to my arm; all were sweet, kind, professional and made the whole experience bearable. I don’t recommend breaking bones but if you do, this is the place to go for treatment. Dan even walked me around to the physical therapy office to set up my first appointment. Took the time to explain, was very gentle and caring
Dr. Worrell was considerate and thorough in his follow up examination of my broken elbow. He offered good advice concerning self treatment and future goals. I appreciate his expertise.
I was able to get an appt right away. On the appointment day I was seen on time. The front desk lady was very friendly. The physician assistant was also friendly and professional. Dr Worrell listened to my concerns and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He did ultrasound of my shoulder and elbow and he diagnosed me with bursitis and bone spurs. Dr. Worrell and staff have been great all around. From the moment they received me from my accident (broken femur) I felt that I was receiving the highest level of care. All of the staff was very attentive and calming throughout. On top of that, Dr. Worrell's work is more than exceptional. His placement of my rod from my knee to hip is set perfectly, spacing is equal the length of my femur. 3 months out and the feel and function are astonishing.
