We had a very frustrating experience at this clinic for the USCIS I-693 medical exam. We were asked to come back multiple times due to incomplete preparation on their side, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for our family. There were also errors in the form, including incorrect spelling of the name, which is very concerning for an official immigration document. I am really disappointed with this office I and my husband both have insurance, but they asked us cash! We paid cash , even 2 or 3 times even we had insurance, she said , we charge insurance, then we send ur cash back to u , after a month i got bill almost 800 dollars, when i talked to them , they said talk to ur insurance, we will solve it also!
