We’ve always had great service with dr. Mejia and her staff. She’s a caring doctor with great advice.
Dr Majia has been my son's doctor since he was born then I get a letter changing his doctor to some one else!?????? Staff is horrible and office environment is very cold! Always end up taking my son to urgent care because she's NEVER available!

Dr. Mejia gave my son a shot he did not need. They had a list of his updated shots, but gave it to him anyways. They never caught it, but I did. Even with them updating his shot records they never told me they made that mistake. I had to notice it, call them, and then they realized. The only thing they told me is that they were sorry and it was their mistake. This is more than a mistake, it was negligence. Negligent of the doctor and negligent of the office staff for not saying anything.
Dr. Meija is a nice doctor that has worked well with our children. However, her office staff over the past year has been horrendous. They have an office policy of billing people for two office visits even though they brought their children only once to the office. They will even bill your insurance for two visits. They claim that if you bring your child in and get any advice from the doctor and then also get shots - that this is technically "a sick visit" and a "wellness visit". Beware!
De Mejia, my kids have been your patients for about 8 years, I always think you are a great Pediatrician .This is the second time I send you and the first one was years ago; you have a big problem with the personal and organization; your staff is not really caring especially when is about our children. I called today to let them know that they prescribed amixicilin when she is allergic to penicillin. Called at 4 but couldn't get them to answer anymore, very disappointed and sad this happened aga
