Dr Merry Chen-Lim appeared unprofessional during my consultation. When I saw her, she was using her mobile phone and showed little patience in listening to my concerns. My blood pressure reading was high on the first measurement. She then asked me to take deep breaths when repeating the test, which resulted in a much lower reading. She stated that the second reading was the correct one.
