I love that getting a same day appointment with a sick kiddo is easy. My daughter had poison ivy that was itchy and spreading and I'm glad I was able to get her in to be seen so she had a much better weekend.
The office needs a technology upgrade! You should be embarrassed that you are asking patients to complete paper forms. I guarantee the same information is already in your database. Nothing makes me more upset at the doctors office than a paper form. For this reason, I will definitely consider another provider. I spent more time completing the paperwork than the doctor spent examining my child. This is unacceptable. The Dr. was excellent, the office sucks.
Everyone was pleasant and courteous which made liam comfortable with the experience.
She made sure to ask me and my child if either of us had any questions or concerns.
