They don't take your concerns seriously a majority of the time and their bedside manner, Professionalism, is terrible. A majority of these issues are worse and predominantly with the support staff.

The most sweetest Doctor. Dr Cox is very caring for her patients, Answers all questions, and explains everything you need to know. Takes her time with patients and doesn't rush... Highly recommended.. Also her assistant Stacy, very sweet and caring. Answer all your questions.
