Please call me back. I paid for both invoices and keep receiving an outstanding amount to pay. I left 4 messages at the number to call and no one calls me back. Great service, but please stop harassing me with an invoice that I already paid.
Very poor experience. The dermatology appointment lasted only about 15 minutes, including a biopsy. I requested a detailed receipt twice and never received it. I also did not receive a copy of my biopsy results — only a text message saying “everything is fine.” To obtain the actual results, I was told I must come to the office in person, which is extremely inconvenient. There is no patient portal, communication is mostly via text messages, and it is very difficult to reach anyone by phone. I do not recommend this place.
I had been seeing Dr. Haushalter for close to 3 years and was very satisfied with the treatment and care she provided for acne control. Almost two years ago, I started to lose my hair suddenly and I mentioned this to Dr. Haushalter and felt slightly dismissed (most my doctors had dismissed me because it was the early stages of hair loss). Stay away from this place !!!! I took my daughter for an exam with "NO INSURANCE" I paid $ 300 cash for the visit, I was told that was the whole amount for the visit, After one month I received and BILL with $300 for the visit plus $565 for an office visit (again) totaling $865 for a consultation ! They are claiming the full amount, I tried to call billing, left dozen of messages and nobody is getting back to you. This place is a scam !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gonzalez and would recommend her. She was pleasant and took her time to explain everything in detail. The office is beautiful and clean. The medical assistants were also very nice and attentive. 10/10.
