The best ENT practice I’ve ever seen in my life (better than all the big city east coast doctors I’ve seen over my lifespan). Just saw the practices new doctor and she’s as great as Mendy! I’m so thankful this practice is town and helps me and my family stay healthy.
Called to make an appointment for my Grandpa for vertigo and I was informed that they weren't taking patients for vertigo, which i didn't understand! I asked the woman who answered the phone why, and she said she didn't know but would ask and call me back! I never got that call! Definitely go elsewhere!
Had an appointment at 10:30 showed up at 10:20 what's taken back at 10:35 at 11:25 my wife asked one of the nurses if my kids war going be seen. The nurse said, I don't know and this is not the first time It's happened to us if they are running Behind they could at least let us know. Bad experience.
Couldn't get a call back on a referral, finally stopped to check in person and front desk was kind enough to tolerate my questions, though obviously inconvenienced. Can't say anything about the doctor, but not impressed with the staff I interacted with.
