Dr Palalay and staff were very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.
She had a stroke a couple months ago and also diagnosed cancer. Because of these two medical conditions, she cannot eat/drink much and gets dehydrated easily. So We wanted IV for her this week but her primary doctor couldn’t order and said it had to be from Dr. palalay. So we contacted the office. 3 times. No response. No call back. It’s been like this for over two months. We took her ER today. If she died, it’s not because of cancer, it’s because of palalay who never ever responded to us.
I have been a patient of Dr Melvin Palalay Sence 2018 he is a very kind gentle Doctor !
