They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
