I booked an appointment and explained on the phone that I had a seriously painful shoulder and forearm that had hurt for several weeks after being yanked by surprise by a large dog I was walking. I specifically asked if anything could be done and was told that a cortisone injection would alleviate the pain. This worked for me since I am not a fan of pain pills. This office failed to submit a bill to my insurance until a year after the appointment, my insurance refuses to pay after 6 mo., so he sent it to collections after first claiming I wasn't insured, then admitting their error when proven wrong. Even so, they still wouldn't reduce or remove the bill or collection, which is still on my credit (the only derogatory). Completely unwilling to take responsibility for his mistake. Go elsewhere.
