I read this review and it resonated: "extreme claims in her report that were not based off evidence presented." In my experience, Rob Weinberg (opposing counsel) introduced her as 'child therapist'. I hired and paid her then she showed up at the courthouse the day I lost my kids. I found out she was a forensic/correctional therapist after she was introduced as a 'child therapist'. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Melody Caldwell as part of a complex custody evaluation that involved serious allegations and a long history between the parties. Throughout the entire process, she was professional, patient, and very thorough. Dr. Caldwell was a court appointed forensic psychologist for a custody modification case. I urge future clients to proceed with caution. There were extreme claims in her report that were not based off evidence presented. Such gaps were so apparent that even the Judge did not agree with the outcomes of the report and did not have her testify in trial.
