I have seen Dr. Fitzgerald twice, once for an initial bunion surgery consult and a follow-up for evaluation after I obtained x-rays. I felt like she listened, was generous with her time, and explained things well. I saw 2 other Podiatrists but I felt like out of the three, I could trust her the most. I am getting surgery with an Ortho bc he happens to operate much closer to the town I'll be staying in for recovery. Terrible experience. And it's frustrating because I live 3 minutes from this place. But I had to go to a place 25 minutes away. On Monday this week I paid for My health insurance to be retroactive on the 1st of January. For some reason this place has either an outdated system, poorly trained personnel, or just a distaste for the public. I played phone tag with these guys and gave them a photo of my insurance card. I didn't give up on finding the right podiatrist-Dr. Fitzgerald is the third one I've been to. SUCCESS- When I left the office, I was so happy! The nicest, most informative and receptive to helping me find some of the right products for my feet issues. And, pleasant front desk employees are a plus-Rhonda-VERY NICE-unlike two other podiatry offices I went to. Highly recommend Dr. Fitzgerald.
